Originally born in North Wales and then again later in Oxfordshire, Hugh was taught to drum by his godfather, who played with the notorious Atomic Rooster and the Bee Gees. Hugh was only 9 years old but had a full chest-hair, large teeth, and medallion set.

Hugh played with a few bands including Muppet and May Plus Two before moving to university in Birmingham where he was snapped up by the renowned Ark, who took him on a full UK tour. Hugh also recorded with George Dobell, producer Kim Fowley and producer John Suite before becoming a session player in the Midlands area.

Hugh is now a professional musician, composing for film, TV, computer games, and anyone else who has very deep pockets...
